Will the battery last for the entire event?
The battery will last for about 1500 scans on a single charge. If you feel that you will exceed that number of scans, chargers are available upon request.
Can I leave the equipment in my booth?
Unless you have a secure area in your booth (lock and key), we suggest that you keep the equipment with booth personnel between exhibit hours. You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
Can I delete leads?
No. The reason for this is to protect your leads from accidental deletion. You may however, mark the unwanted leads as “Cold Lead” or similar using custom qualifiers. You can always delete them from your spreadsheet after the event.
Can I get a printout of my leads?
Yes. You can optionally rent a battery powered thermal printer that will print your leads as you read the attendee badges. The leads print out on a 2 1/4″ wide thermal roll.
How do I get my leads?
Depending on the options you choose, there are a number of ways your leads can be furnished. There are 2 ways you will ALWAYS get your leads delivered to you after the event:
• Via email
• Via our online portal
You can also get your leads on USB with the on-demand option of the AT725 Reader, or on USB after the event with the BC600 Reader. The USB can be provided by you and downloaded at no extra charge, or we can provide a USB key for a nominal fee.
You also have the option to have your leads sent in real-time to our secure internet portal as you scan. Check for pricing and availability.
What file format will the leads be in?
The leads will be delivered in Microsoft Excel format (.XLS) and will also be available in Comma Separated Format (.CSV).
