This allows you to take full advantage of our over 100 years of combined experience with tradeshows, corporate events, and expos of all sizes. ExpoTools Event Registration and Badge Solutions

ExpoTools USA provides onsite registration solutions that fit the needs of your particular show, regardless of size.  As needed, we will assist with badge design and production which allow you to brand your badges as you envision.

Perhaps an onsite badge printing solution is the best choice for you.  If so, ExpoTools USA will utilize our BadgeMaster software to integrate directly with your pre-registration systems to allow you to print all badges and tickets onsite as your attendees reach the registration counter. We can even provide attendees with self print stations, to allow them to scan a barcode on your confirmation email and automatically print their badge.  If you prefer, we can pre-print all of your badges prior to your event and ship to your office or the event venue.  In many cases we provide an option to just print registration additions and changes onsite, with the majority of badges printed pre-show.  Whatever option or combination of services you choose, ExpoTools USA will work with you every step of the way to help facilitate a successful event.

ExpoTools RFID Tracking

We understand that trade show managers want accurate, reliable technology to help track attendees in and out of educational sessions and various functions throughout your event.  We provide high frequency (HF) and ultra-high frequency (UHF) RFID event solutions to capture the data you want to track.  Our RFID badge is encoded as it prints and scanned throughout the show by RFID doorgates and readers, providing you with valuable information on your attendee’s experience.

Our RFID Passive Tracking solution will unobtrusively collect data from attendees including: Registration ID, Time and date, Location, Duration of stay, Direction of travel.

Our RFID badges can also confirm an attendee’s admittance into special sessions, seminars, luncheons, expo halls, and CEU/ CME certification sessions. The data collected from the RFID badges and portals is highly accurate and can be accessed through our online dashboard and a custom reporting package created to your specifications.

ExpoTools Lead Retrieval

When you work with ExpoTools USA, you can determine what attendee data you want to reveal to Exhibitors.  You can include demographic data and allow for custom surveys. We will leverage the power of our ExpoTools ShowMaster™ software to hand out and return the badge scanners, reconcile with your attendee database for registration changes, and make scanned data available to exhibitors in near real time. ExpoTools USA will work directly with your exhibitors onsite to provide lead retrieval. Regardless of whether your exhibitors prefer the industry’s best lead retrieval hardware, or the flexibility of our ExpoLeads Mobile lead retrieval app, ExpoTools USA will help exhibitors get the maximum benefit of our world-class lead retrieval solutions.
